That's right. If you find us a buyer or seller, we'll pay you a referral fee of up to $500.00! You just need to contact them first and get permission for us to contact them. Then you contact us with their name, address and phone number, and we'll take it from there. If they go through with the deal, we'll pay your fee five (5) business days after our buyer closes. However, this is not a cold-calling business: don't contact us unless you have pre-screened the potential seller or buyer.
We also pay a referral fee if you find a renter who signs a lease and pays their security deposit and first month's rent in full. Look at the properties we have available for rent and send your potential renter to that property. We'll pay you a referral fee of up to $50.00 five (5) business days after they have signed and paid.
