TERMINATION

Upon termination, you will receive confirmation by email that the request was received, and your access to MMF websites will be suspended within 24 hours. Any data stored on MMF’'s servers as part of your MarketClub account may be lost.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights or obligations to anyone. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in El Paso County, Colorado, USA.

MMF's TERMS OF USE are hereby incorporated as part of this Subscription Agreement. By agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, you also are agreeing to abide by, and be bound by, MMF’s Terms of Use.
